⭐️✨The secret to staying skinny: habits of a size 00 French woman. ✨🧘🏼♀️🚴♀️🇫🇷✨⭐️
(She’s 43, gorgeous, and has been thin her entire life)
- She never eats unless she truly is hungry and it is a meal time.
-Often skips meals or forgets to eat. She may nap instead of eat after a long workout.
- No snacks. She doesn’t dare buy snacks. Only if others are snacking and she is truly hungry will she snack. And never more than a serving or 2.
- Rarely finishes a meal when at a restaurant
- She gets one thoughtful portion at meals and doesn’t have seconds unless she truly wants or craves them.
- She eats slow and puts her fork down often, stopping frequently to talk or digest
- She only eats things she enjoys. She enjoys healthy home-made meals AND full fat pastries/treats on occasion (80/20 rule, most French eat like this)
-She eats to nourish, for energy, and to look good, not because it’s on the counter or she’s bored
- Water, coffee, tea, (smoothies or fruit juicer okay but consumed less) only.
- Constantly keep yourself busy.
- Obsessed over ingredients in any “processed foods”, she only eats “clean” no preservatives, no added sugars
- All produce is 100% organic
- Fruits and/or vegetables the MAJORITY of lunch and dinner
- Doesn’t have an appetite for sweets and isnt tempted by sugary fat laden desserts, she never buys them either
- She is always stressed and restlessness burn more calories than sloth
- Gets enjoyable exercise in ways like hiking, skiing, rock climbing ( being muscular and lifting weights isn’t the ideal in France )
- Lots of walking daily: post meal walks, walks around town
- Food is not a reward for her
- She rarely drinks and NEVER gets sloppy
- She would NEVER BINGE! EVER!

To my girlies (and boys) who wanna lose weight I've got a tip for you so you can feel full without having to overeat. Before eating always drink water, drink as much as u can. if you can drink an entire bottle of water go on it will help you feel bloated and you will feel full really quick plus most people that starv3 die from dehydration and drinking before each meal can prevent it and last if you feel like you wanna eat even though u are fast1ng drink an entire bottle of water (until you feel bloated) it will give you the same feeling as when u over3at and then you feel disgusted by food.

Some wl tips that I've learned:
If you start your day by drinking ginger-lemon tea or raw ginger and lemon steeped in hot water on an empty stomach, it helps you with weight loss. (Source: Dr. Barbara O'Neill. Barbara O'Neill is amazing when it comes to wl, definitely watch some of her seminars on YouTube if you haven't.)
If you eat less, you'll lose weight, but mostly muscle. If you eat less but prioritize protein, you'll lose body fat. (Source: Dr. James DiNicolantonio)
Gut health is so important! A healthy gut and an unhealthy gut can be the difference between weight loss and weight gain.
Also, it might be good to do a parasite cleanse, as a lot of them will make you crave things like sugar and other carbs, which causes weight gain and keeps the parasites alive in your system. Pumpkin seeds, papaya seeds, and the 1150 hz sine tone frequency are great for killing off and expelling parasites.
Do lymphatic drainage methods! I did a lymphatic massage on my stomach and not only did I have less bloating after I did so, but it really helped me with my constipation (and ik that y'all need that on here)
If you have raw veggies before a meal it keeps your blood sugar stable and keeps your cravings low, so when you eat your meal you don't feel so insatiably hungry and you don't overeat. This is actually a normal thing that France does - they give you veggies before your meal specifically for this purpose, they call it "crudités".

If you feel like binging or hungry drink LOTS of water it will make you feel full and prevent you from overeating.
If someone in your family forces you to eat something or tells you to eat with them Tell them something that you eat hurts your stomach and that you can not eat.

Accepting that this is NOT a diet. This is my new lifestyle. If I give up after I get to my ultimate goal weight and start eating like normal, I will gain it all back and more. my wl rules ౨ৎ :
• eat > 800 kcal by day
• walk at least 6500 steps by day
• no breakfast except for tea
• pilates at least x3 in a week
• going to run at least x1 or x2 by week
• drink at least 2L of water by day
• burn more calories than i eat
• no binging
• fast at least one day in a week

Anyone scared of ruining their metabolism…and never being able to eat normally again?
Anyways metabolism managing tips!
• Eat more than 1200 cals at least once a week so your body doesn’t enter starvation mode and lower your metabolism!( You will still lose a lot of weight eating like this, probably more)
• Drink a lot of water
• Drink coffee or green tea
• Get a lot of sleep
• Eat spicy foods
